"Awesome Gear and Customer Support"
I had a fantastic time chatting through email and on the phone, and then getting my order was a breeze. I shelled out a bit more cash than I initially planned, but hey, you know what they say: you get what you pay for. The device I bought was spotless and had no dings or marks. "Super happy with my purchase"
After my folks passed, I ended up with a bunch of slides but couldn't track down our old projector. I stumbled upon one on Porter's site and decided to go for it. The cost seemed fair, and unlike some others I checked out, this one included the lens. The projector was packed really well for delivery and showed up in mint condition. I'm really happy with it, and now I can revisit those memories with my parents.

"LG RC897T DVD/VCR Combo: A Great Find!"
The LG RC897T DVD/VCR combo (HDMI) is exactly what I needed to transfer my old VHS tapes to DVD. This way, I or someone else can enjoy those cherished memories a bit longer than I might have the chance to. To my surprise, this model can also convert DVD to VHS, though I can't quite figure out why anyone would want to do that! The unit arrived well-packaged in a sturdy box, all wrapped in plastic, and the remote looked practically brand new. So far, I’d definitely give a thumbs up to Porter Electronics.

"My wife enjoys quality tunes on her Sony Cassette Deck"
My wife enjoys listening to tunes on a top-notch device. We had a new Sony Stereo Cassette Deck (TC-WE475) for years, but after 24 years, it finally gave up the ghost. I looked online for the same model and discovered a refurbished one from Porter Electronics. I was a bit anxious about it being pre-owned, but I decided to go for it, and the Cassette Deck works like a dream. Now my wife is one happy lady.

"My Experiences at Porter Electronics"
I've visited Porter Electronics a bunch of times to get my film developed and returned, and every single time has been awesome! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Not only do I get my film back sooner than I thought, but they’ve also given me some handy tips on using different features of my camera—since I'm just starting out. The service is top-notch. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

"Panasonic DVR/VHS Device"
We got ourselves a DVR from Porter, which is kinda tough to find nowadays with all the streaming options. He had just the right replacement for a unit we owned for more than 12 years, and even though he mentioned it was pre-owned, it appeared to be in mint condition. The item was shipped promptly and included a suitable remote. It even had hookup instructions. I'd definitely work with Porter again anytime.

Top-Notch Support! Got a faulty electronic gadget. Even though it was packed well, issues can happen in transit. Reached out to Porter Electronics and got a quick response. Sent back the broken item using the provided prepaid shipping label and got a replacement that works like a charm! Super satisfied customer here! I’d surely shop at Porter Electronics again. I got a refurbished VCR—the first one had an issue, so I sent it back and they quickly sent me a replacement that has been working great for over 100 hours of video. The team has been super helpful with my inquiries, and I’ve already told others about them.

"Looking for a projector bulb..."
I was on the hunt for a bulb for a projector made back in the 60s. Porters got back to me pretty quick with the right bulb to get. The bulb arrived well-packaged in just a few days and has been working just fine. All in all, it was a hassle-free experience. The price was fair when stacked against the few other choices out there.

"Our Experience with the Panasonic PV V4521"
We got ourselves a Panasonic PV V4521 4-head VCR to check out our old VHS tapes and figure out which ones to digitize. The first unit arrived and played one tape just fine, but after a quick call, Porter's advised me to send it back. In less than two weeks, I received a replacement that works like a charm! It's a blast! Now I'm working on the VHS to Digital setup... fingers crossed I can get it up and running soon!

"Struggling to locate a dependable spot for..."
These days, it’s tough to track down a trustworthy place to buy specific things, like VCRs, for instance. To me, Porter Electronics has been a real gem. If you’re on the hunt for those hard-to-find products, you can rely on them not just to have it, but also to ensure it’s in excellent shape. I’d definitely suggest them to anyone.
